The cost of electricity (including air conditioning), water and gas are included in weekly rates for summer lets.
Linen will be charged weekly at €7 per person.
Towels are provided for €8 by the day.

Cot with linen and a high/low chair available at €15 per week.

There is a deposit due of 25% to secure a booking.

The balance of payment is required 28 days before arrival.

There is a refundable security deposit of €240.

Electricity, gas and water consumed for winter lets ( November-March/April) will be charged to the account of the tennant.

The charge for final cleaning of the villa is €130 per let.
