MAIN LOUNGE/DINING ROOM has two sofas, dining table and chairs.
It has full air conditioning and warm air heating and a feature fireplace
with gas coal-effect grate.An entertainment system is provided with satellite tv (for free to air programmes such as music, sport and news*), and a Sony surround sound system with cd/DVD player. There are views to the Montgo mountain from the lounge.  THE
KITCHEN has modern fitted oak units under a granite work-surface.
It has a combination microwave and fan electric oven with gas hob.
There is a dishwasher, fridge and extensive range of small utensils

MAIN BEDROOM has a kingsize bed and views to the Montgo mountain
and sea. It has full air conditioning / warm air heating and two fitted
wardrobes.A large en-suite offers bath and thermostat shower. There is plenty of room for a cot.

OUTSIDE the mature and
secluded garden is perfect for relaxing family days. The large security
gates allow you to define your own space crowned by the 8x4 metre
pool that has a depth of 1.2m at the roman steps end and 2m at the
deep end. The terrace surrounding the pool has non-slip tiles and
there are no sharp drops off the pool edge. There are plenty of comfortable
loungers, chairs and tables outside, whether for reading, dining or
simply relaxing in the sun. The naya features large wind down roller
sun blinds and there are a comprehensive range of external lights to
extend your al fresco enjoyment.
